Assessments are virtual (video) & follow up appointments can be virtual AND in-person . Follow ups are booked as virtual sessions in the schedule and we will discuss at your initial assessment which follow ups would be best to have in-person for pelvic floor exams and hands on therapy.

All New & Returning Clients (clients who have not been seen in 6 months): book a New Assessment (70 min) and 5 x 45 min follow up appointments. First follow up is 1 week after your assessment then 4 each spaced 2 weeks apart. (Booking ahead is recommended due to high demand for appointments.)

New Prenatal Clients: book the same New Client appointments as above PLUS a 60 minute follow up at 34 weeks (for labour prep) and 45 min follow up at 36 weeks (for postpartum recovery prep).

Please book with the same physiotherapist for all of your appointments.
